The factory has energysaving high precision mould module, forging production line, composed of raw material workshop, mold workshop, mold
processing workshop and technical center.

It has a complete set of production and processing equipment system includes 12T EAF, 15T LF, VD furnace, 1-5T ESR, 1.5~10T electro-hydraulic forging hammer, heating furnace, electric annealing furnace and lathe, milling machine etc. Testing equipment includes metallographic
analysis, spectral analysis, ultrasonic flaw detection, full-function hardness testing and other product quality testing system.
The main products are all kinds of medium-high level hot working die steel, cold working die steel, plastic die steel, high speed tool steel, high alloy
structural steel, etc. with an annual production capacity of 25,000 tons.
Product quality through CQC quality management system ISO9001:2015 standard certification and the safety standard three-level certification.
The products sell well all over the country and exported to South east Asia, the Middle East and the European Union and other countries and regions.
